Make a Donation in Honor of Tim Sullivan

Tim was a life long lover of the game of hockey, and he wanted to share his passion with people young and old. That is why, back in 2015 when our community almost lost our rink, Tim created a task force of four fellow hockey lovers, to come together, to form the East Side Hockey Association, today know as the East Side Youth Sports Foundation.

From its conception, Tim provided critical funding as an anonymous donor, that allowed the foundation and rink to take a new shape, come back to a vibrant life, and bring children from all metro Detroit areas back to the rink to be able to enjoy the sport of hockey.

It wasn't until just a few short years ago that Tim hung up his own skates for good, but that didn't stop him from stopping in at the adult morning skates with his coffee in hand, to heckle his former teammates.

His loyalty and friendship was unwavering, and his quick wit, dry sense of humor, and gigantic heart will be missed now and always.
